To be perfectly honest i never really saw myself ever going into fitness. I never liked to sweat, and i am a girly girl. However when i would see photos people would take of me i was never happy with what i saw. I always felt terrible: fat arms, double chin, fat face. Never feeling confident unless i took my own photo at an angel that hid all of that. Since i started working out i felt awesome again and that i dont mind people taking photos. Im still a work in progress and not a hundred percent confident but i feel so much better about everything. Also i dont even fear in class presentations anymore, talking in front of all of those people is like a piece of cake now! I am going to be making a not cake shake later vanilla shakeology and some vanilla almond butter sounds yum with som eoconut flakes too!!
